John Lee Hooker - August 22, 1917 – June 21, 2001. We were on holidays on the Gold Coast when we heard of John Lee Hookers death. He began recording in 1948 and released over 100 albums over his career. His music and style have been influential across not only blues but also rock and jazz. He has left a legacy not only of music but also of character. Here we have a man, his guitar and tapping feet. What more could you need?
