John: Regarding the pings on BH370: Could INMARSATs assumption be wrong that the pings continued until 8:15 am because the plane was flying? However, if the plane did a belly landing near Andaman Islands (similar to the Hudson River landing in New York) and remained mostly afloat above water until 8:15 am, wouldnt the pings have continued until 8:15 am on battery power until the plane was engulfed in water? This could account for a floating tail/wing section sighting by a passenger on a return flight on the same air corridor (WAYPOINT IGREX) at 2:30 pm., March 8th.
