John Sears Marshall, February 13, 1962 - August 13, 2014 John Sears Marshall, age 52 of Leitchfield passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at the University of Louisville Hospital. He was born February 13, 1962 in Louisville, KY the son of Leo & Ann Elizabeth Sears Marshall. He passed away alongside his fiancé Dayna Knight-Baker. He is survived by his mother Ann Elizabeth Marshall of Leitchfield, his son, Joshua Marshall of St. Louis, MO, two sisters, Debbie Ashcraft of Louisville & Mary Martha Horine Cincinnati, OH, one brother, Jim W. Marshall of Leitchfield, several nieces & nephews, and several great nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday (Aug. 16, 2014) at the St. Joseph Catholic Church on Leitchfield with Fr. Tony Bickett officiating. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 4:00 p.m., Friday with a celebration of remembrance at 7:00 p.m. at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations to the Grayson County Humane Society or the charity of your choice.
