John Stewart certainly got it right with this broadcast, when he called out the likes of Rove (Palin in a bald cap), Hannity and all the other circle-jerkers at Fox (its NOT the) News, about Latte-gate and whether or not he showed the proper respect. At which time, the bozo at Fox (its NOT the) News makes the ultimate gender put-down of all time! You have to watch this. While doing so, keep in mind that NO President BEFORE Ronnie RayGun (Mr Pomp & Circumstance) began SALUTING the military personnel on Air Force One, and the Presidential helicopter, and around him, at various functions! ALL so he could MILK the media, to appeal to those watchers too SIMPLEMINDED to see through his dimwitted fantasy. Tricky Dick used to wave in a semi-salute (one that would get ANY soldier-sailor-marine-Air Force puke down and give me 50! in a New York minute! FDR, who ADORED the military NEVER saluted any one of them. YOU DO NOT SALUTE, if you are NOT IN UNIFORM! Or if you do NOT have a cover on--a hat of ANY kind! Teddy Roosevelt, who HAD a commission, as Colonel of the Rough Riders, DID NOT SALUTE. Wm Howard Taft, DID NOT, Herbie Hoover didnt, NOR did FIVE-STAR former General of the Army Dwight David Eisenhower EVER salute, while he was President. JFK, a DECORATED HERO of WW2, did NOT, nor did Jimmy Carter (a nuclear engineering officer in the peacetime Navy). Ronnie RayGun, who made VD movies--AT his request, because he did NOT want to MISS any opportunities during WW2, STARTED this nonsense, and NOW, pinheads who think whoever WAVES THE FLAG FASTER is the greater patriot, judge Presidents on their ADHERENCE to this RIDICULOUS CHARADE!
