John spent the whole day pinching grapes from their skins yesterday. 5-5 cup ziplocks filled with prepared fruit are in the freezer for the winter. Thats enough for 15 pies over the winter. The girls and I were a bit sick of grapes and sticky hands after last week. Grateful for my partner for more than just his pinching skills as yesterday he may have kept me sane in an otherwise insane situation. Today we tackle apples! The family that cans together....well were just making the most of our time, you know?
