Johnathon Giang and I dominated the open division at jet city crossfit. WOD 1: 6 minute AMRAP Hang to Overhead at 115lbs if weight dropped partners switch and the one who drops the weight does ascending burpees :1,2,3, etc... We finished with 75 reps next team got 55 reps. 2 minute break then WOD 2: 800 meter run, 50 medicine ball situps 30lbs, 50 deadlifts at 135lbs, 50 burpee box jump over 20". We finished in 10:10, 2nd place was around 10:40. WOD 3: 6 minute AMRAP of air squats and deadhang on pullup bar. We finished with 317 air squats next team got 286 I believe. 2minute break then WOD 4: 40 Pull-ups, walking lunge with 25lbs overhead, one partner does dumbell snatch at 35lbs while another does a farmer walk with large paint buckets filled halfway with water and 10lbs plates on top of each. The partners then switch snatch and farmers carry. Then return with walking lunge with 25lbs overhead this equals one round and it was a 15 minute AMRAP. We finished 3 full rounds with 12 pullups. Next team only finished 2 rounds and were on the farmer carry/snatch section. Overall was a nice venue with good people.
