Please discuss this situation with your practitioner. There are different options to help with this. Some options include an Occupational therapy evaluation to assess memory and thinking, a home safety evaluation, or a physical therapy evaluation to assess balance, walking and the ability to get from one room to another. There are services such as home health that can come in and help your family member at home as well. Ask your practitioner if one of these options are appropriate for your family member.
