Join Center for Intercultural Organizing (CIO) to celebrate an incredible year! For CIO, recent successes included a major victory by Oregon Law Center with on the ground support from ACT Network partners in stopping ICE holds in the State of Oregon, outreaching to over 240,000 immigrant, refugee, and underserved communities to inform them about Cover Oregon and Medicaid expansion, graduating 40 excellent new leaders from the 7th cohort of PILOT and 2nd cohort of our BOLD program in Beaverton, engaging over 1,100 community members Washington County public involvement activities, and launching the Oregon Global Guide, a component of CIO’s new business membership program that aims to increase the visibility and networking power of local immigrant and refugee-owned businesses.
