Join Diane Handler, RYT, at Chill Yoga for a 6-week exploration of Yoga Nidra sleep with a trace of awareness. Course begins Friday, Jan. 9th from 4-5pm. Classes will start with a brief introduction, some gentle asana and prananyama and then descend layer by layer into deeper relaxation and awareness. Yoga Nidra is both deep relaxation and guided meditation that can lead to spiritual insight and awareness, with proven physical and psychological benefits.
