Join Dr. Kristy Leissle, aka Dr. Chocolate, for this weeks chocolate happy hour and help her with her latest research project on the exciting and fast-growing realm of artisan chocolate. In her honor, well be sampling some of her favorite bars from Africa, including bars by François Pralus, Michel Cluizel France, Original Beans and Valrhona Chocolate. Dr. Leissle, faculty at the University of Washington in African Studies and Global Studies, is looking at what the term artisan means to chocolate makers and chocolate lovers. She will be conducting a short (5 minute) survey on this research with happy hour attendees.
