Join Me! Day 3 of #STholidayedge were Squat Kicks from Insanity Max 30. I did the modified version, missed the cue to switch legs.Then did 2&2 Cross, 4 jump ropes side to side but I again did the modification. Even with the 2 modified moves my heart rate was to the sky and I was breathless by the end. Total benefit of doing the modification is being able to focus on the form and truly engaging the muscles properly. Tag me in your video or pics.
