Join instructor and personal trainer, Miranda Eserman for a challenging and variety of workouts on Tues/Thurs at 8:30 AM. This class focuses on high intensity, functional drills. Classes offer a combination of core strength, agility drills, power sets, endurance runs and lifting techniques. All levels are welcome and each motion can be scaled according to fitness level or injuries. Highlighted is a Station workout.
