Join me... This is a WakeUp Call. It would be wrong to allow Robins passing w/o taking stock of our own lives. We must find quality time for each other. Dont get me wrong, most of us are not qualified to be therapists or counselors. (I know Im not). But each of us has a heart. We were given life & as a living, breathing brother or sister we must make ourselves available to each other for intimate conversation . Lets let our Friends & loved ones know that we are here for them. With an ear, a hug, tears or that well go w/them to a professional. Also, this is about confidentiality, that is Never to be betrayed. If you cant keep your mouth shut, then dont offer yourself as a vessel of compassion! B/c the damage that you could create may be devastating or worse. But reach out. Like I am now. I dont know what worth I have in this world or to this world. But if I can be there for you, not as an enabler, not to justify your story, but simply to hold your hand & bring you off the ledge, then please, use me. The Lord has equipped us all w/the Gift of caring. Make a difference, share your smile, your empathy, your encouragement, delight in the joy of truly being a Friend that cares. Lets all start, now.
