Join the crew of the CLEARWATER as a Sailing Apprentice! The sailing apprentice is a month long, paid position as a member of the sloops crew. As a Sailing Apprentice you will live onboard the sloop and work alongside the professional crew. Youll gain valuable sailing skills, learn to maintain the vessel, educate the next generation of environmental leaders, and have an opportunity to share your own talents with the Clearwater community. No experience is necessary to become an apprentice, but you must be at least 16 years old and able to work outside in any weather.
