Run start at 6:00 a.m. This is a priority project of the Rotary Club of Metro Sorsogon, Provincial Government of Sorsogon and the Kasanggayahan Foundation Inc. in partnership with the academic institutions and various civic groups,NGOs and government agencies and other organizations.
