Join us Colorado: #Not1More APRIL 5th 2 MILLION 2 MANY NOT ONE MORE DEPORTATION ACTIONS: ****Seguido en Español***** At CIRC’s ICE Meltdown 2.0, CIRC regions from across the state decided to send a clear message to Colorado and the Obama administration that 2 million deportations is Too Many…we need relief from deportations and Deferred Action for All 11 Million! CIRC members will continue to fight for reform but we demand that President Obama use his executive authority and act immediately to stop deportations! Every day for the past six years, 1,100 of our loved ones have been needlessly torn away from us. While Washington debates about our lives, 1,100 more are deported each day. But it doesn’t have to continue. Reform may be delayed in Congress but the President can act immediately. He can give us relief with the stroke of a pen. CIRC members will be organizing a wave of April 5th actions to draw attention to the urgent need to stop deportations. This will be our first unified statewide statement against the deportation regime and will be a great start to our deportation and detainer resistance campaigns!
