The Express Tribune’s former city editor Mahim Maher and creative editor Amna Iqbal will present data-driven stories about violence in Karachi, its constituency boundaries and dangerous traffic arteries that they have worked on together. They will share the challenges they faced in collecting and visualizing data for storytelling. Evidence-based journalism need not end at storytelling any more.
