Working with seeds is really working with the energy of life itself, of creation, of potential, of our ancestors, and of the future generations. Rowen has a very special way of sharing knowledge that touches on not only practical and evidence-based lessons, but also on the intimate and sacred aspects of it all, of why this matters to all of us and all our relations. And how we really can make a difference. She brings worlds together so they do not feel so far apart. She helps us see the humanity in those that are in power, and helps us to feel a sense of purpose in our relationship with seed-keeping and the many ways we can be a part of a solution-based movement to bring the seeds (in other words our capacity for sustenance) back into the hands of the people.
