Join us this Halloween/Day of the Dead for a weekend of summoning good spirits for the opening of Hungriger Geist, Pannierstraße 40, Neukölln, cafe/bar and cultural residency. We will borrow from various celebrations including Halloween, Day of the Dead, and the Taoist/Buddhist Hungry Ghost, to create a haunted opium. Costumes are encouraged and mask making materials will be available so everyone can express their inner hungry ghosts. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Hungriger Geist is a health and culture based residency project which will provide support and residency opportunities for cultural professionals to create exchanges internationally, mainly between London and Berlin. In partnership with Apiary Studios in London, this project will focus on the pleasurable and beautiful depths of working towards balanced cultural practices.
