Join us today from 1:30-4:00pm for a special Yin & Yang Workshop with Tom Lee! Tom Lee Yoga introduces students to two complementary philosophies of the physical practice; one (yin) relaxing and rejuvenating, and the other (yang) dynamic and fluid. The first half of the practice will consist of a strong, vigorous, dynamic flow to build heat. The second half will focus on a specific sequence of poses and long holds designed to to open up the body while cultivating a balanced state of well-being.
