Here is a little about Courtney: After taking her first hot yoga class while in Calgary, Courtney was immediately addicted. She didnt know what to expect and the outcome was so much greater than what she could have ever imagined. Courtneys initial seeking for physical results transformed into a constantly unfolding spiritual experience that words cannot describe. Yoga had inspired her beyond words, that she wanted to share it with the rest of the world. She moved to Australia and took a teacher training on the Gold Coast in 2010 where she submerged into teaching fulltime for 2.5 years. She then was offered a teaching opportunity in NYC, where she resided for 6 months. She has now decided to come back to her roots of where she was born and raised in Calgary. Court spent the summer back in NYC taking Tara Stiles training at “Strala”. Her class is based on a dynamic flow allowing you to move with ease and freedom geared for all levels!
