Joining the International Criminal Court is a good idea, but it will not make any difference, as the Israelis have the power on the ground and do what they want as long as the United States of America is subservient to the pro-Israel lobby and as long as Congress of the United States acts dishonorably, not taking into account the United States national interest. It’s all contributions by the pro-Israel Zionists and by the brainwashing and the misinformation of the American news media dominated by the pro-Israel Jewish Zionists. It does not matter if it is right or left. When the Palestinians tried to get a resolution through the Security Council, they made it so mild that they did not include the right of return of the refugees or the total withdrawal of the Israelis to the pre-1967 borders. I still believe that the Palestinian Authority should be dissolved and force the Israeli Authority to take care of the population according to the International law and the Geneva Conventions. Nothing else will work with the Israelis now.
