Jole Blon! A Cajun classic and violin duet coming in Method Book IV and on MOC4 cd by Mark OConnor in just 4 weeks. OConnor adds: 20 years ago, if I told someone that I could write down Cajun fiddling on manuscript, they might have thought I was nuts! But I figured it out and it is in Book IV. Just to prove how translatable this American music is to any player, I asked my classical music friend Angella Ahn born in Korea and who has taught classical at my camps to record the duo with me and this is the film of that session. She plays it along with me like we were both from Louisiana! And we are reading the music as one can see!
