Jon and I arrived on Anguilla last night. We drove across Alligator Alley from Bonita Springs to Miami, leaving the house at 5:30am. We arrived in Anguilla by 4pm, but just wanted an early dinner. Jon doesnt eat fish, but for some reason he LOVES Roys fish and chips, so that was our go-to place for an early dinner. My big dilemma was.... do I have the high-calorie rum punch or stick with the 100 calorie glass of wine? What do you think I chose? Roys was one of the few restaurants on Anguilla when we first arrived in 1981. Its still a popular spot for the locals...
