Jonathan Bell Alyssa H. Potter Lintz, I was reading that you guys are trying to get healthy? You should look into this. If you have the willpower to make it through it (we didnt our first attempt, but were getting ready to try again) its great. I have a couple friends who do Paleo and swear by it.
