Reverend Stephen Davies have been in contact with the NigerDelta terrorists popularly known as MEND for undisclosed number of years, the pictures of him, Asari and other MEND terrorists members is viral on the Cyberspace, he has been interacting with them for years as negotiator. When Nigerians with genuine intention wanted to dialogue with Yusufiyya insurgents, we only heard the names of Dr Ahmed Datti, Shehu Sani and Ahmad Salkida, the Davies name was not inclusive, yet he claimed to be having contact with the BokoHaram for seven years, thats prior to July 2009 insurgents in Maiduguri. On different occasions Borno Elders and citizens have pointed the wisdom of arrested Sheriff to unravel the mystery of resuscitation of the insurgency after it was nipped on the bud by President YarAdua by Dambazau-led Army, there are a lot of committees that implicated Sheriff, the Galtimari committer, Saleh Maina committee, the Turaki commitee, yet GEJs government played the deaf, dumb and blind. Then, the Reverends revelation came, accusing Sheriff and Ihejirika as sponsors of the BokoHaram, government through SSS spokeswoman absolved Ihejirika (sibling ?), and tactically agreed to investigate Sheriff because the call to investigate sheriff is louder from the favoured region (south) by people of the same faith. The Igbo and southeast under different fora and auspices have exonerated their son (Ihejirika) from the Reverends accusation and Madam Ogar even asserted that Ihejirika served the nation in different capacities, so he should be absolved from criminality, my question is didnt Sheriff served the nation in different capacity, why was he not absolved ?
