Jonathan was at the Emirs Palace in Kano to seek the royal blessings of Sanusi Lamido Sanusi. Some political watchers are of the opinion that Sanusi will never make the mistake of supporting Jonathan as doing so will mean an automatic dethronement should Jonathan win. Some others say they are only doing eye service for themselves while some others say Jonathans visit is a gross miscalculation since he never visited when Ado Bayero died, when Sanusi was chosen as the new Emir or when the citys mosque was rocked by massive bomb blasts by Boko Haram. For the smart observers, they say Sanusi was not wearing red for nothing as it is a very symbolic colour with its own significance in Kano. What is your opinion?
