Jones & Son Funeral Home, Oneida, TN Willard Earl Stephens (Died April 30, 2014) Willard Earl Stephens, age 58 of Oneida, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at his home. Born in Scott County, Tennessee on February 8, 1956, he was the son of Elmer and Pauline Landrum Stephens. He was preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Landrum Stephens; brothers: Virgil and Wendall Stephens; sister Vonda Strunk. Survived by his father Elmer Stephens of the Buffalo Community; wife Carolyn Stephens; son Christopher Stephens and wife Amber; two very special granddaughters Hailey and Anna Stephens all of Oneida; sisters: Katheleen Polder and Irene Davenport and husband Bill all of Cincinnati, Ohio; brothers: Ronald Stephens and wife Frankie, Gary Dean Stephens and wife Mable, Roger Stephens and wife Estelline all of Helenwood, Tennessee, Melvin Stephens and wife Donna of Oneida, Tennessee, and Denzil Stephens and wife Alice of the Buffalo Community. He also leaves several special nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Willard’s request was to be cremated. A memorial service will be announced at a later date by the Stephens family. Jones & Son Funeral Home is serving the family of Willard Earl Stephens.
