Jorge Ponce posted on LinkedIn: The Senate voted in favor of the Immigration Reform Bill (S. 744) on June 27, 2013, by a margin of 68 to 32. Out of the three Hispanic Senators, Bob Menendez (D-NJ) and Marco Rubio (R-FL) voted YEA, and Ted Cruz (R-TX) voted NAY. Senator Rubio gave a magnificent speech on immigrants and what America means to them upon the closing minutes before the vote.
