Jose Mourinho has been charged with misconduct by the Football - TopicsExpress

Jose Mourinho has been charged with misconduct by the Football Association for his public comments after Chelseas draw with Southampton in December. Mourinho was furious after Cesc Fabregas was booked for diving by referee Anthony Taylor during the 1-1 draw at St Marys on December 28 when replays showed he had been tripped by Matt Targett. The Chelsea boss claimed: It is a scandal because it is not a small penalty, it is a penalty like Big Ben. It was a big mistake with a big influence on the result. I will go to the referee and wish him a good year and tell him he will be ashamed. It is clearly the result of something that looks like a campaign. An FA statement said: Jose Mourinho has been charged by The FA for misconduct in relation to media comments he made following Chelseas game against Southampton on 28 December 2014. It is alleged his remarks constitute improper conduct in that they allege and/or imply bias on the part of a referee or referees and/or bring the game into disrepute. Scandalous. What do you guys think? #CFC
