Joseph Miller had a pretty stable night. The nurses were pleased with his vitals. Pressure was pretty steady and low. There were a few high points, but that was to be expected after some routine protocols such as bathing and suctioning. I was able to read scripture to him, share with him all the happenings during the week, and the best gift was being able to sing to him at midnight for his birthday! He was responsive during a routine check of his pupils/dilation, and I saw him flutter his eyes as I sang to him. The therapist said that he is strong. He has a strong gag reflux as well as cough. Definitely better than not having one at all so praise God! Thank you all for your prayers. The Lord is sustaining him on his sickbed, and we are praying for full recovery to health. PSALM 41
