Joseph Milteer was a racist from Georgia who hated President Kennedy. I mean, HATED him. Kennedy was slated for three parades in three cities in November, 1963. The first was in Chicago, for November 2nd. That got canceled because President Diem was murdered by the CIA the day before in a coup and because the Secret Service got wind of a plot to assassinate the President from an office building involving a dis-affected former Marine named Vallee. The second one was November 18, 1963 in Miami, but a police informant named Somerset was wired and made a tape (easily found on the internet) of Milteer threatening to kill Kennedy by using killers from an office building, with a rifle and using a patsy to throw the public off ... Hummmmmmmmm ... you know, this sounds vaguely familiar, doesn it? Milteer appears to have been captured for posterity in a photograph on Houston Street, in that ghoulish way some of the killers had of having to be on the premises to see the deed happen that they helped author. Kennedy was taken by helicopter to that speech so avoid exposing him to a possible assassination in Miami. Four days later. Milteer appears to have been in Dallas next to Dealey Plaza watching the President be murdered. Yet ... the government claims one man did this with a crappy rifle with a misaligned scope in 5.6 seconds. I no longer consider the Warren Report as anything other than worth a big laugh. If the government wants to rest its credibility on that piece of garbage, then it has no credibility left. None whatsoever.
