Joseph N. Goff House are pleased to present First Fridays in the Village starting Friday, Feb. 6 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The event will be offered every first Friday of the month, during which participating Village Center businesses and organizations on and near Main Street will offer special exhibits, presentations or performances. Planned activities for Feb. 6 will include: A Family Game night featuring board game play with the East Hampton High School Interact Club, 6:30 p.m., Joseph N. Goff House Museum, 2 Barton Hill Road; Boundless Movement LLC Information Booth on Zumba and the new Womens Wellness Empowerment Group in the Goff House Museum, followed by a free Intro to Zumba class in the Goff House Great Hall at 7 p.m. - 860-940- 9548 to register; An exhibit featuring the art/sculptures from Re-Use of Misdirected Flatware and Open Jam and Open Mic sessions starting at 6 p.m., Higher Grounds Coffee Shop, 70 Main St.; Art Show featuring the work of Maureen Girard and live music, 6:30 p.m. Old Bank Art & Marketplace, 66 Main St.; Art Exhibit featuring work by Sheila Kiely, The Space, 64 Main St., 6:30 p.m.; Free Jewelry Inspection, Devine Jewelry, 87 Main St.; Open Meditation Session, Hot Cat Yoga, 10 Summit St., 6:30 p.m.; Brookside Nights Poetry and Acoustic Night for ages 13 and older, 7 p.m., Epoch Arts , 27 Skinner St. ($3 admission); First Friday Dinner Special featuring two bowls of wonton soup, Four Happiness and House Fried Rice for $25, Pos Rice and Spice, 97 Main St. Check out the East Hampton Public Library web site for childrens events earlier in the day! Donations of non-perishable food items will be collected at the Goff House Museum to benefit the East Hampton Food Bank.
