Josh Turner came into my work tonight wearing a Bakersfield Fire Department T-shirt. I didnt know it was him but I do know Bakersfield and little excited to see someone who I thought was from California I said is that Bakersfield CA? And he says yea and I was like Oh I am from right by there. And he was like oh, thats random. I said yea, the Central Valley in Manteca and he was like oh cool I really like the San Joaquin valley. Still no clue it was him I asked so are you from there? He says no, they just gave me the shirt when I was there and its the most comfortable shirt I got. So then I asked so where you from in California then? He says I am not, I am from the South. I was like ooh ok.... sooo of all the places to go in California you went to Bakersfield.... its so hot out there and there is NOTHING out there. He looks at me so confused, laughs and says well I travel a lot for work. After I walk away one of my co-workers came up to me and says you know thats Josh Turner, right? No.... no clue... crap I felt stupid. He was so nice and so was his family!
