Journal for tonight~ Philippians 2 2-8 ~ fulfill my joy by thinking like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a servant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. 14 ~ Do all things without murmuring and disputing 15 ~ that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, 21 ~ For all seek their own, not the things which are of Christ Jesus. Message: :( Do not be conformed to this world, says the Lord, continue to love one another, continue to love and think about others and not for selfish gain such as expectations and this worlds riches. Seek the benefit of others, same way as Jesus did, For Hes equal to God yet He humbled Himself to be a part of this world for us, so we must do the same, as a part of His body. :( Thank you Lord for this insight.
