Journalism and Neutrality I am not a reporter. I am a columnist. A columnist by definition of what they do give opinions! It is impossible for anyone not to have an opinion but reporters have to keep it out of their stories. Columnists argue a point and voice their opinions on issues. Giving opinions is their job. Secondly, those who accuse of bias need to first learn what bias is. Bias is where one wrongly in a position of power gives benefit to someone. I am not in a position of power and voice what I believe and what I think. Just as you voice what you believe and what you think. Hope this has educated you somewhat.
