Journey update. Tomorrow is the final weigh in of the12 week program.third time for me. I have lost a total of 90 pounds as of two weeks ago. I have done all I can to try to reach that 100 pound mark. Tomorrow morning we do our final weigh in and then tomorrow evening we find out where we ended up. Even if I dont make that 100 pounds I reflect back to where and who I was then. I am a lot stronger, healthier, and happier me. Thank you to everyone who has supported me this whole journey!!
