Jst had the yummiest dinner... 200g of protein so decided on fish tonite.. cut my fillet in half and made raw fish with one bit and had cooked the other one on some sauted leek and served it with steamed bok choy.. cant use oils or flavours apart from himalayan salt n pepper.... limited foods so tried this... fish, tomato, parsley, red onion, lime juice and natural yoghurt.... bestest healthiest raw fish eva!!!! even my fams loved it, this could be our new whanau receipe....
