Judd and I have many disagreements, and we may even disagree on which is most important of those differences. But Ill tell you what I think it is: He believes that Sacha Baron Cohen is the greatest. I really, really dont get the hype. Sure, SBCs made me laugh, but generally I think most of his humor is pretty stupid and relies on the worst kind of vehicle : people being confused and not knowing how to react to him. I get that it makes his comedy more dimensional because he sets people up and so theres a level of improv that occurs in not actually knowing how people will react. But I dont find him that clever or funny. Its usually just painful to watch. My humor is much more The Royal Tenenbaums or even Judd Apatows stuff. Maybe Im the comedy snob, but seriously, I do not get the SBC love, and its tearing us apart. ;) (... No, its not really. Lol Im just being silly.)
