Judge Hlophe not interested in EFF case : EFF slams Judge Hlophe Primedia Online – Tue, Dec 9, 2014The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) have called out Western Cape High Court Judge President John Hlophe, accusing him of harassing their lawyer.Judge Hlophe has insulted our lawyer, dismissed him and invited him for a public media war for simply requesting the EFF matter of the suspended MPs to be heard at the Western Cape High Court, EFF national spokesperson Mbuyiseni Ndlozi said in astatement. According to the EFF, Judge Hlophe would not allocate the EFF suspension matter to anyone as the matter was late.However the party accuses Judge Hlophe of not communicating the deadline for the files to EFF lawyers. Upon the EFF lawyer trying to explain and plead with the Judge for an allocation, Judge Hlophe told him to go to the public and tell the media that he kicked [him] out of his court as we started the case with the media, Ndlozi said.Judge Hlophe also allegedly called the case rubbish and said he would not get involved in the sh*t case
