Here are the facts of the case: Annabel (The Plaintiff) submits as follows: She has just found out that for several months in her office her colleagues had been having meetings behind her back to discuss her body odor. All these months not one of them had approached her to talk about it. Instead they had made jokes and sometimes left the room when she came in. She feels betrayed and humiliated by colleagues who she has worked with for almost a year. The Colleagues (The Defendants) submit as follows: The situation with regards to Annabels body odor was a very serious one and had been the cause of embarrassing questions by visitors to the office. Owing to the sensitive nature of the situation none of them knew how to confront Annabel with the matter for fear of hurting her feelings or provoking her. They had only met to decide how to deal with the issue due to its sensitive nature. Annabel herself is somewhat responsible for bringing the situation about by not taking good care of her personal hygiene.
