Judge Masipa struck me as a clear-headed person; excellent jurist not swayed by public opinion. She has exercised her judicial objectivity wisdom and humanity throughout the trial. Lets also be honest here: this is where having a good constitution is critical as a country. Its also good to afford a good lawyer to urge your case. To suggest his race played a part insults Judge Masipa. She decided Pistorius fate and her years of legal education and experience make her more qualified than you. She achieved her law degree at age 43 and was the 2nd black female judge appointed in the High Court in South Africa. She is a hero to some and a villain to others. Thats how life is, you wont be loved by all nor will you be despised by everyone
