Judge sentenced a 55 yr old man to 31 days after the man pleaded guilty to raping his 14 yr old student. Judge then was said to criticize victim, saying she looked older than her years and was probably as much in control of the situation as the defendant. The girl committed suicide before the case went to trial, and the case was retried, with a different judge, who resentenced him to ten years in prison, minus the month he spent behind bars after the first sentencing...
