Judgement is always an interesting topic. We judge everything we do from the moment we wake up to when we go to sleep. Everyone does judge. Why we do it? It is so natural as we decide how we will go about our day, what we will wear to how we communicate? Being mindful of how and why we judge People is the key to everything. It is easy to slip into a old patten and put that wig on and judge. Do we really know what is going on? Is there something happening that you can not see? There is always something more being the scenes then we can see.. Stop and take a moment and look at where you are coming from. What is your motive behind the judgement.. We all have things going on. Judgement is a projection. Judgement is a blame. Judgement is a way that we can feel superior. If you do judge Keep it to yourself. That way you may not look silly when you find out the real truth or reason.. Focus on you not someone else. Focus on what you are doing and how you are acting.. Become very mindful of yourself. Then love Yourself even more. 💝💝💝
