Judgement suspended! Today I went to court to stand up for my innocence and won! The police officer cited me for texting when I simply picked up my phone at a stop light to look at the time. Tearing up, I told the judge I dont text and drive and in fact have a reaction when I see people doing so as my Dads best friend was killed on his motorcycle by a texting driver. He said I usually dont do this but Im going to suspend the judgement, you are dismissed. If you feel you are innocent, plead not guilty and stand up for yourself!
