Judges wanted. We are mopping up this years judging of the Associated Church Press Best of the Christian Press, and could use your expert help in judging a category or two this year. The judging is done online. We would ask that judging start immediately and wrap up in a couple of weeks. Pays a small honorarium. If you can do the judging during March, please let me know. We will check this gmail account daily. The Awards program culminates in the Awards Banquet, April 25, 2014 at the Palmer House, Chicago. Past award winners include The Christian Science Monitor, Commonweal, U.S. Catholic, Presbyterian News Service, The Lutheran magazine, Anglican Journal and others. The program also issues an annual Best Religion Writing book, in which judges are given writing and editing credit: tinyurl/FaithWriting1 tinyurl/FaithWriting2 Associated Church Press, founded in 1916, is an interdenominational organization of publications (print and digital), as well as individual members and affiliate members, from across North America.
