Judging by my newsfeed .. There are varying opinions on the Ice Bucket Challenge. People are asking how does dumping water on ur head to avoid donating money help a cause? Well, like u proved by making this statement, bad publicity is certainly better than none , right? Also, over 80% of my friends who have taken this challenge HAVE ALSO DONATED MONEY TO THE CAUSE.... I agree that this challenge may have given the attention seeking , thirsty attention u know whats just another reason to post themselves in their bikinis on Facebook, but I wld like to think MOST people really are doing it to help people w ALS.....! If people with this disease are doin it AND people like the woman in the attached article have had their minds changed due to the huge increase they have seen this challenge make in donations, then who are u to judge? If its ruining ur life seeing these posts, simply dont watch them and take that minute of ur time to possibly do sumthn else nice if this isnt ur cup of tea... Or water or whatever ! I will be doin the challenge later and donating to the cause as well... I will be calling out my friends and family and if this is a problem then delete me now! Have a great day
