Judicial Appointments Bill, which will scrap the collegium system, passed in Lok Sabha today....I think, its not a good for the sake of independency of Indian judicial system. Actually, Political system tried to fit their yes man in judiciary, that is why, they are hurried for this bill. If anyone realize that present system is not appropriate, then this matter should be discussed within legal fraternity. Judicial reforms is needed, but not on the cost of its independency. Govt should leave this matter for judiciary itself, rather than bill route.
