Judicial Qualifications Commission Members Appointed The Kansas Supreme Court has appointed three new individuals and reappointed a fourth member to the Judicial Qualifications Commission. High Court Spokesperson Lisa Taylor says whenever a complaint is filed against a judge, the Commission discerns whether they merit further investigation or if the complainant is simply dissatisfied over a court proceeding. Two of the three new appointees are judges. Larry Hendricks is a District Court Judge from Shawnee County who was appointed to the bench in 2006. Johnson County District Court Judge Brenda Cameron has served in her judgeship since 2002. Also named to the Commission: Kansas House Member Valdenia Winn who represents the 34th District and is a professor of history at Kansas City Kansas Community College.
