Fine if they broke the law, but Lerner looks like she was baiting them. Plus, how clean is this DOJ investigation? Eric Holder is not a non partisan. He was complicit. Ted Cruz calls for Special Prosecutor, but he of all people should know theres no special prosecutor law anymore. It was allowed to expire after the Ken Starr hearing. Special Prosecutors are often told (as Janet Reno did) to do more and more and more and expand the scope of investigations beyond which they start.
